About the project
SLS (Smart Live Solution) is a mosquito net manufacturing and installation company in Indonesia for individuals, villa/hotel complexes and development companies.
Co-operation period:
From November 2022 to the present.
Purpose
- bring the company from 0 to the Indonesian market;
- recruit an audience and introduce the new product;
- launch the product on the island of Bali and build brand awareness and niche.
Objectives
- Develop a system to introduce a new company into the Indonesian market.
- Create a modern visual concept for the account to increase recognition.
- Pack Account.
- Create a sales funnel for services.
*Challenges we faced: SLS is a new company that had just opened at the time of our co-operation. The work was carried out completely from scratch.
In the first month of work, there were also difficulties with content. To solve this problem, we used stock photos/videos.
Workplan
- Niche Analysis. Researching information about the niche, analysing competitors from other countries, analysing competitors' audiences and their pains.
- Strategy writing. Description of the company's services, identification of strengths and weaknesses, product values. Setting goals and identifying promotion objectives.
- Definition of promotion tools. In this case, we used SMM. After packaging the account, we connected targeting.
