About the project
BALU KIDS - premium children's centre (kindergarten) in Ubud on the island of Bali, working according to the Montessori method.
Focus on the mental, physical and psycho-emotional development of the child.
Co-operation period:
December 2022 to October 2023
Purpose
- to build a brand that is recognisable in the Indonesian domestic market, specifically Bali in this segment;
- increase the number of clients and referrals to the garden.
Objectives
- Create content that appeals to parents of this segment and inspires trust, safety and ensures children are well educated.
- Increase the visibility of the children's centre.
- Recruit an audience and increase engagement.
*Problems encountered: lack of social media.
The work was done from scratch.
Workplan
- Niche Analysis. Researching company information, analysing competitors, analysing competitors' audiences and their pains.
- Strategy writing. Description of the customer's product/service, identification of strengths and weaknesses, product values. Setting a goal and identifying promotion objectives.
- Definition of promotion tools. In this case we used targeted advertising + SMM.
- Creating an Instagram account.
