Co-operation period:
From December 2022 to March 2023 - 5 months.
As this is a seasonal business, we cooperated the whole season - we held 4 concerts and 1 DJ party.
Purpose
- concert ticket sales
- popularity on the island of Bali at the expense of famous celebrities
Objectives
- Creating engaging content and warming up for gigs.
- Recruitment of subscribers from the island of Bali (certain narrow solvent CA).
- Fresh announcements of information, soldout by ticket category and artist outlet.
- Audience surveys on the atmosphere at concerts and feedback.
Workplan
- Niche Analysis. Niche research, competitor analysis, audience analysis and competitors' CA.
- Strategy writing. Description of the customer's services, identification of strengths and weaknesses, values of services, positioning. Setting goals and identifying promotion objectives.
- Definition of promotion tools. In this case, we used SMM with a focus on the reels tool and subsequently targeting.
- Account packaging. Selection of font combinations, selection of colour combinations, selection of photo and video processing styles, creation of layouts for stories, video editing for stories and reels.
- Sales funnel: creating engaging and selling reels.
- Attracting traffic. Working with reels, engaging the audience through event announcements.
