23.43 EVENT - Bali event organising agency. Seasonal business.

Co-operation period:

From December 2022 to March 2023 - 5 months. As this is a seasonal business, we cooperated the whole season - we held 4 concerts and 1 DJ party.

Purpose

Objectives

  1. Creating engaging content and warming up for gigs.
  2. Recruitment of subscribers from the island of Bali (certain narrow solvent CA).
  3. Fresh announcements of information, soldout by ticket category and artist outlet.
  4. Audience surveys on the atmosphere at concerts and feedback.

Workplan

  1. Niche Analysis. Niche research, competitor analysis, audience analysis and competitors' CA.
  2. Strategy writing. Description of the customer's services, identification of strengths and weaknesses, values of services, positioning. Setting goals and identifying promotion objectives.
  3. Definition of promotion tools. In this case, we used SMM with a focus on the reels tool and subsequently targeting.
  4. Account packaging. Selection of font combinations, selection of colour combinations, selection of photo and video processing styles, creation of layouts for stories, video editing for stories and reels.
  5. Sales funnel: creating engaging and selling reels.
  6. Attracting traffic. Working with reels, engaging the audience through event announcements.
